Shipping policies
I ship USPS unless you choose otherwise at checkout.
Custom purchases will take longer to make but typically ship within 1-2 weeks. If I don’t have the crystals or wire in stock needed to make the piece, the length of time between creation and delivery will be longer. This will be discussed with you during the consultation of your custom order. Should an event arise in which the items are needed by a specific time, let me know ASAP. I will do my best to make sure it gets to you in time.
If you provide me the wrong address, I am not responsible for your item not making it to you. Most items are one of a kind and cannot be resent. If I have more inventory of the same item, you will need to purchase the item again in order for me to send you a replacement. In the event that the item is handmade by me, the item may have variations from the first order placed.
I SHIP FROM CALIFORNIA. For items that are already created, they will ship within 1-2 days. This does not mean you will receive your item within 1 to 2 days. Depending on how you choose to ship your item will dictate how quickly you will receive it.
During holiday deadlines if you wish to receive your item by a deadline you need to make sure you’re keeping an eye on deadlines. They will be listed on the USPS site and we will make every effort to make them visible on this site, as well.
“In Transit” Policy:
Once a shipping label has been generated and the associated package has arrived and been scanned at a USPS facility, the shipping and handling process is beyond the store’s control. As a result, we do not take liability for issues that arise during the transit process. We believe the USPS website and tracking feature are the best ways to best keep updated on the progress of the package.
If a package has the “In Transit” status, the package has already entered the USPS transit system and is beyond our control. However, we always strive for orders placed to be sent to the nearest USPS facility as soon as possible.
I have a strict stance on my Shipping Policy. Once a package has been scanned into a USPS facility, I do not take responsibility for the activity that takes place during the transit process. There can be issues and delays that may occur due to external conditions as well as natural human error. However, truly missing or undelivered cases are rare.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package:
I am not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages via USPS transit. I will not reimburse or replace lost/stolen packages.
